REGARDING A RECENT SEPTIC SYSTEM COMPLIANCE INSPECTION

The Washington County Department of Public Health and Environment (Department) administers Subsurface Sewage Treatment System (SSTS) regulations in Washington County. On 06/08/2021 the Department received a Certificate of Compliance from David R. Brown for an SSTS located at 13368 40th St S, City Of Afton which was inspected on 05/25/2021.

This Certificate of Compliance establishes that the SSTS meets the minimum standards in local ordinance for an existing system. This determination is valid for a period of three years from the date of the inspection unless otherwise modified by the regulatory authority.
