REGARDING A RECENT SEPTIC SYSTEM COMPLIANCE INSPECTION

The Washington County Department of Public Health and Environment (Department) administers Subsurface Sewage Treatment System (SSTS) regulations in Washington County. On 06/15/2023 the Department received a Certificate of Compliance from Lashinski Service, Inc. for an SSTS located at 23200 Manning Trl N, City Of Scandia which was inspected on 06/15/2023.

This Certificate of Compliance establishes that the SSTS meets the minimum standards in local ordinance for an existing system. This determination is valid for a period of three years from the date of the inspection unless otherwise modified by the regulatory authority.
