    4/1/22 SB - spoke with Babs on the phone (651-247-0889) they were unaware that Washington Co. handled septic. They thought they system was noncompliant for being installed 6" too deep into the ground (that is what the bank told them), they have never seen the compliance inspection report and requested a copy.  They will probably hook up to city sewer as a recent development stubbed in city sewer/water.
