    System installed with permit in 1990.  Permit 9400017.  Issued by Bob Whitmeyer (PSS).  Page 8 of permit record has notes from P. Ganzel that states: "Apparent mottling at 5' - 24" trench depth - slow perc rate".  The page also has a note "Unform Brown silt loam changing to reddish loamy sand at about 4'.  Open area.  4-6% slope.  Drop boxes.  Max trench depth 24".
    
    Plenty of soil work was conducted when the system was permitted in 1989.  The system can remain as is.  CWL 4-10-2018
