Text: | Invoice#3132 4/12 (SB) spoke with John Erickson (651-295-2563). He thought this was already resolved in 2018. Inspector failed tank for a low operating level. HO figured it was because only one person lived in the house before and they travelled a lot. After his family moved in and the tank was filled, the Inspector came back and checked the water level while they were on vacation and said the level had not changed. HO spoke with County after this and thought this was resolved. We spoke about recent rule change and he said he's going to pump the tank and have another compliance inspector inspect the system as he doesn't believe there is an issue with the tank. 6/14 (SB) owner requested copy of previous report via email. We also talked about a small addition he's working on above his garage with plumbing but no additional bedrooms. Told him a permit would not be required as not increasing flow but to let the local municipality know that county septic permit not required for the building sewer as they may want to cover that review/inspection. John is also thinking about adding a septic tank if this tank is compliant, he asked if a permit would be required for that = yes. |
