Text: | I called Tom to see what the deal with this compliance inspection was. Said the owners had a leaky toilet they did not fix for 6 months. This overloaded the system, and the system will no longer take effluent. They are pumping the tank ~ every 2 weeks. In 2015 Brian Humple conducted a compliance inspection, Tom relied on his soils work. Tom also said that they are getting a loan through the county and needed documentation that it was failing, hence the reason for the compliance inspection. |
