Text: | 3/1/2019 Tyler, My apologies, the subject property adjoins 10975 32nd St N and I was mixed up on the addresses as these we’re two separate parcels with common ownership. The system at 10975 32nd Street N discharged into the system located at 10961 32nd Street N, which then discharged into the system owned by the City of Lake Elmo. Both properties were sold to separate parties and in the process the seller disconnected 10975 from the 10961 system. The property at 10961 is connected to the city owned system and would no longer be an imminent health threat since 10975 is no longer connect to it. The manhole covers on the system located at 10975 had been secured and the tanks were pumped empty with a pending connection to the city owned system. I know this is little confusing so feel free to let me know if you have any questions. Thank you, Brian Humpal |
