12-26-2019: Received call from realtor, Gina Jacobsen, regarding failed SSTS compliance inspection at property. Gina requested inspection report and letter WAC sent in February 2019. I told Gina the new homeowner will be responsible for repairing, replacing, or abandoning the old system. Apparently, a designer has been contacted and is putting together an SSTS permit application packet. Email attached. PMO

01-03-2020: Talked with previous homeowner about the possibility of an extension. Told Clancy that they need to submit a written request, it will then be reviewwed and an extension could be granted to submit a permit application by 2/12/2020. TLD
