Text: | From: Brian Humpal [mailto:brian@midwestsoiltesting.com] Sent: Tuesday, February 26, 2019 5:13 PM To: Paul O'Neel Cc: Tyler Dale Subject: Re: Compliance Inspection: 4210 Penfield Ave. S, Afton Paul, 1) I’ve attached a picture of the valves in the lift tank. 2) We do have permit records for the 2002 installation and I’ve attached a copy. These records were on file at the City of Afton as Washington County was not the permitting authority at the time of the 2002 installation. 3) This property is now foreclosed and we are concerned that if the second drainfield is not dealt with now that an unknowing buyer could obtain the property and potentially activate the old system. The owner’s agent is working on permanently disconnecting the 1988 drainfield and will be issuing a compliant report once this work is completed. I’m expecting to hear that the work has been completed within the next week or so. Feel free to let me know if you have any other questions. |
