07/12/2019: Received message from Gary Orlich at 1:17p.m. requesting a call. I called 651-433-3191 and there was no answer or ability to leave a message. PMO
07/15/2019:Spoke with Gary Orlich at 12:47p.m. Gary is having problems with finding a designer. I will email him a list of contractors that work in the county. PMO
