Schwarze a message at 10:04a.m. PMO 09/11/2019: Spoke with Kurt Schwarze at 9:22a.m. Kurt is unhappy with the results from the recent compliance inspection. Kurt questioned what course of action they have and whether County would grandfather in system. I told him no the County would not do that, but he had options. I discussed with him a second opinion could be sought by another inspector. I also advised him that he could contact the MPCA to discuss licensed SSTS businesses. PMO |
