    09/17/2019: Spoke with Scott Engwer at 10:13a.m. Scott no longer owns property. Property transferred and new owner is Richard Savelkoul. Richard's work # is 651-767-3745. Scott stated city sewer is planned to be installed in this area of Lake Elmo. I explained the Department would need confirmation from Lake Elmo that city/sewer is planned and the 6 month order could be rescinded. I will call Richard to get more information. PMO
