Text: | 10-01-2019: Ryan Martindale, 612-770-2519, owner of property left me a message. Ryan was looking to find out the status of the recent compliance inspection conducted on the SSTS. I returned his call 10/03/19 @ 9:00a.m. Left message for him to call me back. PMO 10-04-2019: Received call from Ryan Martindale at 2:00p.m. Ryan questioned whether the County would "grandfather" the existing system on his property since this was done in 2014. I told Ryan that would not be possible and the system would need to be repaired, replaced, or abandoned. I sent Ryan information on septic contractors and told him to start making calls to see if a designer would be available to design a new system. PMO |
