While the tank is water tight and meets compliance criteria baffles should be added (especially outlet baffle) or the tank replaced to ensure solids are not going to the pump tank and being pumped out to the soil treatment area and reducing the life of the system.

Dropped underwater camera into tanks and observed no cracks in either pump tank or septic tank and the liquid level at the outlet invert of the septic tank (see attached picture).  No baffles are on the septic tank and this should be remedied, although it is not a compliance criteria
