Text: | 10-15-2019: Emailed Brian Humpal. Inspection report incomplete. Chris Uebe called at 11:15a.m. Chris stated they never indicate whether sewage tank(s) leak below their operating depth when dealing with a cesspool. PMO 12/16/2019: Left message for Tom, renter of property. He had called 12/12/19 with questions. PMO 12-19-2019: Received call from Tom at 1:54p.m. Tom stated he rents house on property, but will be moving out in the June 2020. The new owner will be than demolishing the house and building new. I requested that Tom and the owner provide in writing the plan for the property and timeline. Tom agreed he would send this in to the County. PMO 02-18-2020: Received letter from Tom Crouch. See attached. PMO 03-10-2020: 6 month extension granted. Deadline now is 10-15-2020. See attached. PMO 04-01-2020: Spoke with Jerome Hagen at 8:35a.m. Jerome is the owner of property and is currently renting residence to Tom Crouch. Jerome inquired into whether the Department approved the 6 month extension to repair, replace, or abandon current SSTS. I told Jerome I sent the extension letter to Tom, but did not send it to him because I didn't have his contact information. Jerome requested I send the letter Tom sent to the Department, the letter I sent Tom, and a copy of the compliance inspection report. Jerome stated house will be demolished and SSTS abandoned. The well on property will be kept. I asked Jerome if he started the process of getting a new system designed. Jerome said he had not. I will send him contact information for SSTS professionals.
