Notes/Comments:

1st time here for backing up, found tank over full and pumped. Returned 3/22 found frozen drainfield. 3/26 still problems and found 2nd tank after televising and digging thru snow. Found major infiltration in risers and provided cost for repair to dig, remove bad risers and install new. Additional pumping due to wet spring and infiltration. Customer did not follow up to do repair with us. Last pumped ahead of major rain on 4/16 and tanks at normal levels.
