    4/4 - HO purchased home in 2020 and was not aware of the failure. Also confused as they just had the tank pumped and the maintainer said the tanks looked good.  She just wanted to understand and make sure we were aware she just found out about this.  Asked to forward her website on designers, SSTS grant/loan information.  Had also asked if the tank could be reused.  
    4/6 - Mark Hays with geotechnical services called and asked for compliance inspection report as he's working on the design.
