Text: | 12-17-2020: Missed call from realtor Lana Cook at 9:51a.m. I called Lana Cook at 11:07a.m. We discussed the reason why system did not pass compliance. Lana requested I send a copy of the order letter once inspection report has been reviewed. I stated I would provide her a copy of the letter. Call ended at 11:24a.m. PMO 12-21-2020: Missed call from potential buyer of property, Paul Pedrow, at 11:18a.m. Paul left a phone number of 218-327-1862. Paul requested a call to discuss existing failing SSTS. I called Paul at 12:32p.m. We discussed that the system is ~50 years old and failed compliance due to cesspool(s) and lack of required soil separation. Paul was curious about the setback to the water, North Twins Lake, which is 150'. I told Paul that both sewage tanks and STA need to be at least 150' away. We spoke about some concerns that he has regarding access to a garage and I told him those questions/concerns should be brought up when speaking with a septic designer. Called ended at 12:43p.m. PMO |
