Text: | 4/5/22 (SB) spoke with HO. Noone is occupying the property and house either needs a full remodel or will be torn down and rebuilt. At that time, the system will be replaced. He thinks it will be this summer. He is aware of the manhole and there are currently 6'x6' timbers over it and said it was not an issue. That tank will be properly abandoned and replaced this summer. Explained that once the system is replaced and COC issued, he will not longer receive the notices regarding noncompliance. He asked for a list of designers; emailed him MPCA website. |
