4/8 SB- left Melissa a vm that system failed due to drywell, cesspool and separation. Asked her to give me her email so I can forward her the report and to call back with questions. Spoke with Melissa again on 4/12, she wanted to know what parts failed. Explained that and let her know she could hire an inspector for a second opinion if she felt the drainfield was compliant, but even if the system may be working it may still be considered noncompliant. She had more questions on the SSTS loan process and wanted me to know their highest interest is getting it compliant and protecting the environment.
