Text: | See email. Spoke w/ inspector 9/3/2021, cannot use tank maintenance form if it did not address all tank integrity and safety compliance questions. Options available: 1) pump tank and inspect through manhole access to certify, or 2) fail the tank for noncompliance, pumping would not be necessary. NON to be mailed 9/7/2021 4/12 (SB) Anita 763-234-9715 called with update - they had a design figured out but wanted to look at alternatives as they had to remove 28 trees. Met with a contractor last fall and they suggested seeing if adjoining parcel would sell them land for the replacement area. They've recently been in communication with neighbors and are willing to sell the land, just need to go through the process. Also working with the city as there is an old roadway in between parcels. She understands that this new location will need to be suitable for a septic system and a new design submitted. In the meantime, the are remodeling home and it is gutted without water on. She doesn't know when this will be completed as it involves a lot of moving parts but the system is not in use. Explained they will keep receiving notices until the system is compliant. |
