| Text: | System #1 (west of home). From inspector on 1/26/22 prior to amending report: Tank #1 - Tank is watertight. I rechecked on 11/28/21 but I need to update the date on the report. Inlet of the tank fixed. All dirt sucked out of the bottom. Backflushed the tank to ensure no cracks. |
