| Text: | System #2 (north of home). Information from inspector prior to amending compliance report: Tank #2 - Tank is watertight. I rechecked on 11/28/21 but I need to update the date on the report. Inlet of the tank fixed. All dirt sucked out of the bottom. Backflushed the tank to ensure no cracks. Added riser and new manhole cover since the last one was cracked and not to code. |
