    Text:
4/7 spoke with realtor for seller (Justyna). She they already have plans to replace and it will be done before June, but wondering if people can no longer live in the house. Explained how the surfacing just needs to be stopped which could be completed by having the system pumped and to limit water to the system until it is replaced. If it surfaces, it needs to get pumped, may need to pump it until it is replaced. She understood and said it was on schedule to get pumped.
