| Text: | 1/3/2023 SB - spoke with a potential buyer. He wanted to know if existing system would be compliant with 4 bedrooms. No, sized for 3 bedrooms. Went thru Section 6.2. He asked if he would need to add on to ssts if they went from a full bathroom upstairs to two, 3/4 bathrooms upstairs. This would not likely require upgrades as this shouldn't affect water use, but system would need to be both adequate and conforming. He also asked if they just added an egress window and a murphy bed to basement if they needed to add on to ssts. Advised him to consult with local building inspector and referenced bedroom definition in #206. |
