| Text: | Spoke with homeowners on 12/27/19. They are getting new tanks in the spring. JS No place to put notes on the main page. Abandonment form and map added to main page 6/10/22. Abandonment from April 2020. We never received the as-built and no abandonment permit was created. With system being hooked up to city sewer I am inactivating the system so pumping cards are not sent out in the future. JH |
