The tank was at normal operating level, then was pumped through the maintenance hole for the inspection. Using the maintenance hole, performed a visual inspection & lowered a camera & light into the empty tank - bottom, walls, cover, baffles, riser &  maintenance hole cover OK. While not a compliance criteria, recommend extending the riser to grade for future maintenance access.
