Text: | 6/5 (SB) spoke w/ seller Chris Brown. He is working with Ben Zierke Letter dated 5/17 - 6 months gets us into November. He wants to empower new buyer with information and decisions on new ssts. They will be working with Zierke on design. Talked about extension, would expect a design and permit in. Extension is intended for circumstances uncontrolled by any person, like 'winter window'. This one is tought as they have all summer. There are many things that one can be doing in the meantime like the design, permit and contracting with a contractor. These are the things that would be considered in acknowledging a formal extension. |
