The owner declined to expose the maintenance hole cover & signed the form for pumping through the inspection pipe. The tank was pumped & backflushed through the inspection pipe. Performed a visual inspection & lowered a light & camera into the empty tank - no outlet baffle & the tank appears to be leaking at the seam.
