Comments/Explanation: | Pictures attached. Visual Inspection of the area. No signs of sewage to the ground surface. The homeowners did not report back-ups in to the house. There is an area on east most trench with sunken and soil added to fill area. The soil was dry but it could be a sign of surfacing, or the trench is completely full of sand. |
