| Text: | 12/22/23 (SB) as we've been contacted by a licensed designer to design/install a new system for the property that is adequate for current and proposed uses. We determined that sending a letter was not necessary at this time. * DRAFT (never sent) - The Certificate of Compliance establishes that the SSTS meets the minimum standards for an existing system. However, as described in the inspection report, the system is not adequately sized for the current use and will need proper upgrades for the expansion. The exact scope of improvements will be determined by a licensed design business based off the proposed sewage generated from existing and proposed uses, and the specifics of the site. |
