| Text: | 5/15/24 - I spoke w/ Installing contractor today, he requested the 6-month extension while they work on getting the percolation testing completed to issue installation permit. I told him I had no issue in the extension as we worked through this complex situation to bring system into compliance. I told him I would write a note in the file for reference if needed. (SB) |
