Text: | 3/7 (SB) spoke w/ a realtor on SSTS as they thought system had been connected to city sewer. I provided info on system abandonment. they also had well questions which I referred to MDH and provided sealing assistance info. 1/29 (SB) I spoke w/ Title agent representing seller. No escrow or forms required by PHE at time of transfer. Dept. will work with whoever to bring system into compliance. 1/16 (SB) I took a call from a prospective buyer, wanted to know what was wrong with SSTS. I informed her system was inspected by a third party, licensed inspector, and found to be noncompliant and failing to protect groundwater with possible cesspool(s) and would require complete replacement. The buyer expressed no longer having interest in the property. |
