    1/8/24 - the abandonment reporting form was dropped off and scanned into property record. 12/28 - (SB) I left a voicemail with number on inspection report to call me back regarding the system that was to be abandoned - I informed the contractor and the individual listed as the contact person on report a system abandonment permit was required.
