Text: | 1/22/23 (SB) I spoke w/ the prior property owner as she received the NON letter. She said property transfer and new owner is Ben Martin 260-901-3051 if we should need it. But they have a company lined up to install new system in spring (and permit issued) and there is money aside in escrow with Edina Realty. I thanked her for time and told her I would make note in our database about this update. |
