    Text:
(SB) 5/16 - existing borings submitted did not meet 2 independent parties requirement - I emailed Tom 5/16/24. Tom and I spoke over the phone on 5/31/24, I told him the county would accept anything permitted by WACO staff after 1993. He said if that was accepted by the county then he was comfortable using the 2003 permit approval. I repeated a few times it was completely valid as the Inspector's discretion to do his own set of observation(s). He did not have issue and said he is familiar with the area and it is good, clean sand. I told him I could upload that file for him as he was having trouble.
