Text: | 8/19/24 - Lake Elmo building inspector called me, he said he just needed something stating the existing SSTS was okay or not. I left him a voicemail and said I was confused if it was bedroom addition or not, which would require upgrades, but the HO thought this was just finishing the basement and it was already planned for a 4 bedroom when it was installed. I told John he could call me if he had questions on the sizing otherwise the COC was issued by All State Septic Services 8/16/24 - 651-263-9740, talked with property owner, he's finishing the basement. City does not have records of the home but they moved it and he recalls the SSTS being properly sized for a bedroom in the basement. HE said total bedrooms would be 4, I told him the septic tank size is shy and should be increased. Recommended to contact his Inspector to help with the size of drainfield. |
