| Comments/Explanation: | The tank was at normal operating level, then was pumped through the manhole. Lowered a light & camera in the empty tank - bottom, walls, cover & manhole cover ok. The manhole cover is buried 6-12" deep & the inlet baffle has fallen off. Recommend replacing the baffle & adding a riser & manhole cover to grade for future access & maintenance. |
