    **On 11/9/17 homeowner called and indicated she wants to replace the system but may have financing issues this coming year doing so; but that as soon as she was able she would replace the system... I indicated we would probably not force her to replace her system, but that policy could change and she is technically in violation of our rules if she fails to replace it within 6 months... She reiterated she wants to replace it she just can't afford it right now even with the loan and that she will as soon as possible... that is pretty much where we left it, I said she may get some correspondance from us if things drag out too long*** (11/9/17- Alex Pepin)
