1,250 gallon septic tank & 1000gallon pump tank lifting to 1,200 SF rock trench, gravity drainfield. The existing home on this parcel was destroyed by fire. This inspection was performed to verify the existing septic system is OK to reuse. When the home is rebuilt, a new sewer line is needed to connect the septic tank to the new h9ome. Also needed is a new high water alarm. Need to verify the pump is operational & run separate circuits for the pump & alarm.
