| Text: | Going out on 7/13/17 to verify soils - AP Soil Log 7/13/2017 by Alex Pepin and Pete Ganzel--> 0-4 inches 10 YR 3/2 sandy loam blocky moderate; 4-42 inches 10 YR 4/4 sandy clay loam blocky and firm.... iron concretions and carbonates present in sandy clay loam profile; redox (10 YR 6/2 with 7.5 YR 4/4 present at 38 inches)... Separation of 20 inches with bottom of system at 18 inches as designed.... does not meet separation and is in line with what compliance inspector is seeing.... Order to replace with thought of mound over old system.... have 20 inches below old system and 1 foot above.... need 1 ft sand base mound.... |
