Conducted soil review on 7-24-2017.  Depth of of system bottom 36".  Noted redox in the silt layer from 42-52".  At 52" the soil texture was coarse sand.  Therefore, the redox noted from 42-52" is a perched water table condition, not regional water table.  There was no redoximporphic features noted from 52-72".  System has separation.  CWL

6/22/22 (SB) see attached communication. Midwest called on doing compliance inspection and design work. Asked if they needed to do a compliance inspection if they planned to replace the system and put money in escrow. Responded that they needed the compliance inspection prior to transfer unless there was a valid COC on file. He said they plan to close on 7/21 so would likely not have time to replace the system.
