    Thanks for the letter. As we discussed a few weeks back we cannot market/sell the property until mid February 2017. So most likely the new owners will not install the system until that spring when they build their house. This will not be complete by the March 7th due date. I'm not sure how we should handle this, however no one will use the current septic system until a new house is built as the current house is not livable.
