| Comments/Explanation: | Homeowner gave me original paperwork. This included soil test/perc test from the 1970's. The homeowner was getting new design and permit to bring the system up to date for the sale of the house. Tank was not water tight. He had two feet of good soil but designer will design for 3' compliance separation. |
