Text: | 04-02-2020: Spoke with Tom Wesley at Keller Williams Realty at 10:14a.m. Tom explained system is failing and is an ITPHS. I explained rules for abating system within 10 days and repairing or replacing system within 90 days. Tom stated Ben Zierke is working on a design for a new system. I told Tom that the Department would issue a "Tank Only" Permit and when conditions were right the STA could be installed. I told Tom the best option would be to have B. Zierke submit the design and at least get the new tanks installed and the old failing system abandoned. PMO At 11:49a.m. I spoke with Kyle Dunaway, SSTS Installer, and he apparently is working with B. Zierke and will be installing system. I told Kyle that B. Zierke and he need to work together to submit SSTS design thru RT with permit fee. I told him I would then review and issue a tank only permit. Transfer of ownership is occurring on April 14th, 2020.
