Text: | 6/29/2023 - New owners (Jim Kivel) was not made aware of the status of septic when they bought property and this has caused a financial burden. Invoice # 5470 - Invoiced 5-4-20 Spoke to Jerry Sauber on 5/18/20 about Compliance inspection missing As-Built drawing.. He stated he will submit system as-built.-BKP (3/29/22 SB) - Spoke with Jim (651-417-3331) and Beverly, they purchased home last summer but were unaware of the noncompliant septic system until they received this letter. They want to do what is best for the environment and asked for time to replace the system as they are very busy at the moment and were not planning on this financially. He said he removed the cover so it's not a threat anymore and was willing to provide a picture. Need to move in the direction of replacing the system, which starts with a designer and to get a permit. Will continue to receive noncompliant notices until the system has been replaced. See email 3/30. |
