Text: | See correspondence with title agency TLD - 3/15/22 talked to Brad @ Edina Realty. Told him that an extension letter could be granted b/c of city sewer. SB - 4/8/22 Joe Wallace (previous owner) called in response to letter, wanted to let us know he sold the property in late March and no longer owned it. Called him back and left a vm, explained lag in property records vs deed being recorded. Told him to contact me with questions/concerns. |
