The tanks were pumped during the inspection. Probed the bottoms and lowered a camera into the empty tanks. The 1st tank is a CIP (cast-in-place) tank. Bottom, walls, cover, baffles, riser and maintenance hole cover appears ok. The 2nd tank is of block construction with no outlet and has a soft bottom approximately 14 feet below grade.
