    5/19 Kathy Welch is daughter and working on this estate. Wondering if the auxiliary building needs a complete septic system or if it can just be replaced with a holding tank. Wants to know so she can inform buyers - see attached communication. Also emailed Inspector 5/19 - need individual reports and he said ok.
    6/21 - Kathy emailed communication from City. The building is permitted for ag. use only. Attached zoning map posted online, zoning is designated as 'future urban service'.
