Text: | 8/8/22 (SB) Seller called with questions, said they had no idea the system was failed until receiving County non letter. Let her know she did not need to replace the system before selling and nothing would prevent her from transferring title. Emailed her a copy of report summary. She said sewer is coming down Dale Rd and wondering if they would need to bring system into compliance. Told her because it was FTPG and not ITPHS, we may be able to work with an extension as long as we received a written request and information from the City confirming sewer connections. 5/4/23 (SB) Marlene, realtor, called w/ questions on an extension. Told her, we need approval from City regarding project in order to consider/approve. PO spoke with Doug Novack, project engineer of a nearby development, City is proposing to bring improvements 2023/2025 construction which is subject to change. They have a 'sketch' regarding city sewer but there is no approval. City community development is possibly slated in three phases, and this property would be the last phase. PO has not done anything with noncompliance status. She made a call to fix and got numbers. We talked about abandonment, but really only makes sense if home is going to be razed. Gave her my email, could still request a 6-month extension to be considered. |
